yeah i used to do ice hockey and even then i was a big guy but since i stopped several years ago Ive just gotten plain fat so I'm combining some running with a weight loss weight regimen to lose my enormous beer gut.... I'm currently about 6'2" and 300lbs id like to see 220 lbs

try mixing up your lifting routine as much as possible. dont just sit at one machine or bench for your three sets, but go back and forth to multiple machines.
I hate doing real cardio and doing that really helps keep the heart rate up

Nice on ya man. I'm just scared if getting fat as I age so I do cardio and weight lifting every Mon, Wed, And Friday for about 2 hours.
Also once you get back in shape you might notice that your immune system is better and that you get sick less, at least that's what I noticed.
