I'd go for complex carbs, they provide more energy over a longer time because they take longer to break down.

The fruit in that list is approved but it doesn't really matter, as long as you eat at a deficit your weight loss shouldn't be in jeopardy.

They consist of mostly sugar so watch out. They're a good source of vitamins but considering your macros I'd go for veggies instead.

It's because of how BMR works. Basically I think of it as the calories your body burns simply staying alive. You would burn about this many calories just staying in bed and doing absolutely nothing for 24 hours. There's loads of calculators out there. I plugged your 333 pounds (at a guess of 6 foot and 18 years old) and got 2933 calories. 297 pounds is 2708 calories. Typically normal moving around results in a mulitplier of 1.2 times that number for the amount you burn in a day. Eat less than this number (and increase the amount burned through exercise) and a person will lose weight

So that's why it's going pretty well for you. A lot of 300+ pounders have such a problem losing weight becuase they're just so used to eating 4000+ calories a day, even though they don't physically need that much, it's hard not to. You don't seem to have that problem so congrats, that's awesome for you, and really that is an accomplishment. Like Penguin said, as your weight comes down more you'll notice your weight loss starting to slow and stall so at that point you'll have to start eating cleaner to continue progress. Going for walks at your point and findind some physical activity you love is the best thing you can do apart from what you've already done and that's decide to make a difference in you life.

Because you're as heavy as you are. At 300+ the pounds shed off with just a bit of healthier food and walking in the mornings. It'll get harder as you get below 250, but good progress so far man.

once i hit my goal i really want to start body building, but i feel like 250 isnt low enough i may have to cut down to 230ish before i can be vascular and what not. 230 sounds like alot to weigh but im 6foot 3 in and i just have a naturally big build.
