During my first cut I went from 204-192 but decided to go back to bulking because my lifts were falling and it made me sad Now i'm 208 and I look better than when I was 192 because dat lean bulk.

Maybe just take some muscle milk or protein powders to keep your protein consumption higher, and do some strength involved stuff so that you'll preserve muscle mass. Otherwise diet and some light exercise should be plenty right now for you to lose weight.

Just read through most of their ingredients. All these are, are appetite supressants to make you want to eat less and then some caffeine to give you energy.

If you diet right and exercise, these could possibly hurt your progress. Eating too little could be bad, and at 300+ pounds, your blood pressure is higher and your heart is under extra stress, so caffeine in these levels are a no-no. Don't take it.

These pills usually only try to increase your metabolism a little, resulting in some weight loss. If you combine it with a diet and exercise your need for such a pill is nullified. If you want to be lazy, eat better and take the pill. If you want to see real, consistent results, eat better and exercise. You can take the pill too, but you may be wasting your money.

Nah, miracle treatments are almost always shady. Cutting down on food and daily exercise is very easy after you've asked a dietist for directions.

Like the drug? Absolute bull unless you are obese. And even then they're not good on their own.

Only one fat burning pill has proven extremely effective, and it's so effective you die after using it for more then 6-8 days.

DNP, essentially it takes your body fat and converts it to heat. And unlike most drugs, it only increases in effectiveness as you take it, so it works at a faster and faster rate, shedding pure fat at an abysmal rate.

Problem is, that heats gotta go somewhere, so you'll have a fever that will increase with each day that you take it. And after 6-8 days you will be under so much heat that you'll die of your organs cooking themselves. Although you can go from 20% body fat to single digits in that time period. Risk isn't worth the reward in my opinion.
