Use Hitfilm Express, the latest version. Very easy to do.

In fact i know you can add audio to videos because I had to cover up some copyrighted music in a video.

I'm pretty sure you can do all of that in windows movie maker. You would need to record your commentary in something like Audacity and then add it to the Movie maker. You can record stuff

Windows Movie Maker

Actually I am doing something about it right now. Baby steps, building up a bit of muscle and eating better, trying to keep myself focused more on the positive sides of things and the good it will do me in the long run.

Exactly this!! I am currently 97kg (213lb for the Amerifags in the room), and it is the biggest I have ever been. Do you know what I'm doing about it? Going to the gym 4 days a week, walking extra to & from bus stops, walking on weekends (when the buses make it too much of a pain in the arse to go to the gym. Seriously, fuck Action Buses), and eating way less amounts of, and more nutritious food. I have already lost 2 kilos doing this, and I am looking forward to losing 32 more.

Good man, improving your situation like that, but make sure you increase the amount you lift/walk every month or so, that way you'll keep burning the fat and eventually become swole.

The machines at Curves are all hydraulic based, so the resistance they offer is directly correlated to the effort the user puts in I'm not aiming for 'swole', I'm focusing on 'flat tummy, big butt', and possibly a boob job depending on how much they shrink. Thanks for the advice, though

Nope, kids tend to do stupid shit. And this one time you can avoid relying on people. I don't trust retards behind the wheel.

Still you're basically relying on strangers to be careful. And people aren't careful.

You're always relying on strangers to be careful anywhere you go. Might as well teach them to watch out for themselves while they are young.
At least with little things.
