If you want to get technical, time-locked safes are some of the easiest ones to crack.
But then again, I doubt the kind of dude who gets caught robbing a fast food place would have any such skills.

The short explanation is that during college I was using the computer from 15-18 hours a day, sleeping during the midday and staying up all night. Subsequently I dropped out. It took a toll on my health. I was eating only 1 meal a day, typically some bread and cheese, and only showered maybe twice in 3 weeks.
My main time wasting activities were funnyjunk, YouTube, and various video games like LoL.
The worst of it mostly surrounded feelings of shame, fear, stress from responsibility. I didn't want to feel these things so I gamed and distracted myself. I immersed myself so wholly in the culture online that I didn't ever build a real identity for myself. Eventually the Internet was all I cared about.
The biggest part of the treatment for me was the exercise (I gained 35 pounds in 2-3 months) and learning to have fun without gaming. I thought it was impossible. But to my surprise I've played maybe 2 hours of video games in the last year and a half.

I agree, people are to sensitive. I understand that there are legitimate cases of PTSD from extreme situations but from being bullied online? Really? That is just sickening. I went to a bar with some friends, I went to get a drink and a massive crowd of people came in and surrounded me yelling at the bar tender. I got my drink, stepped outside, grabbed a friend to watch my drinks, grabbed another I deployed with and I went and broke down on a bench a block away. I was talked down, smoked more cigs than I normally do in a day and calmed down. I went back grabbed my beer, downed it then had a blast. That is how you deal with PTSD
