Well, you sort of own all the media companies and websites. It'd be weird if you didn't get all the coverage. And I'm not saying you're the worst, just that you have some issues. Heck, I like the US more than I like west Europe. Despite all your flaws, at least you're not France.

It's not a lack of argument, it's just that at this point we'd be venturing into psychology and I don't really care much about it. Mostly because I tend to get yelled at whenever I share my philosophical views.

I'll just say it this way: There's a thin line between being idealistic and being naive.

Then either americans are very altruistic or they have a blatant disregard for their own life. With the amount of people running around shooting eachother and fucking up their lives, I'm gonna go with the latter.

Well, no shit, Sherlock. As bad as it is, it's still a first world country. You can't even compare it to third world shitholes where there's still warlords and slavery and shit. Still has an awful lot of murder, though. As much as people love the "300 million" argument, Europe has twice as many, living in almost half the area and every with the gypsies and pakies and shit, we still have a fairly low murder rate. And WAY lower mass shooting rate, even if you include terror attacks.

Europe has insane amounts of rape right now. Rape is through the roof. Murder rates are rising. Actually all crime is rising in europe. >Muslim immigrants >African immigrants, im looking at you. The more "diverse" Caucasian areas get, the crime rates always rise. It makes sense because these are immigrants from 3rd world countries migrating to europe, so of course a lot of them are uneducated criminals. But there's no excuse for it in the united states. African Americans make up like 14% of the population but are responsible for 80% of murders. People who have lived here for multiple generations are still poor criminals. Meanwhile the government gives them tons of benefits and free money. Yet somehow they still create poverty themselves. No matter how much money they receive from the government. It goes to drugs and booze, not education. There's no excuse for it at all. I truly do believe all races are equal, we're all human. I don't understand why black people do this to themselves in a country that literally serves blacks a golden platter. Benefits, schooling, food ect. ect. List goes on. However back to my main point, we don't have that many cops.

If by "Europe" you mean "Germany, France, Belgium and England", then yes, they're going through a bit of a rough patch. Personally, I see it as a bit of justice for the decades of being smug cunts and trying to force their progressive "european" ideals on the rest of us. Because most of Europe is doing perfectly fine right now. Why? Because most european countries aren't bumblefucking retarded. The reason Sweden turned to shit, Germany's become Turkey 2.0 and France is having bi-weekly terror attacks is because those countries had very specific and very idiotic ways of thinking. Their governments and systems are fundamentally flawed and were practically just waiting for someone to exploit them. Like the gypsies did, like the pakis did, like quite a few poles and people from the Balkans do, and like the immigrants are doing right now. The whole thing basically acted as a stress test to show which countries are weak and easy to exploit. The vast majority passed the test. Some did not. Simple as that.

And you sort of answered your own question - you give them everything on a golden platter. Not even a silver one, fucking golden. When you just give people everything they need, they have no desire to work. I mean, shit, why would they? If the government gave me enough money to barely scrape by, I wouldn't work either. Why bother, when I could instead enjoy life and all the free shit I've got? The only way you're gonna get them to work is to cut their welfare. Reminds me of a financial minister we had a while back. Boy did everyone hate his ass, but in just a year (before a literal angry mob chased him off) he did more good for the economy than most governments do in decades. And one of the main things he did was just raise the minimal wage at the expense of lowering unemployment benefits, because that way people had a reason to work.

Yeah, but it's not like cops get a drafted or some shit. A large number of people have to WANT to become cops. And also be up to par to actually go through the training. Though from what I've seen, it seems to be much easier than what most european countries put future police officers through, so I guess more of them manage to actually graduate from the academy.
User avatar
#163 - fergin (09/22/2016) [-]
Its called google dude. The US has on average 1.1 million full time police officers. AKA Real police officers. 1.1 million out of 318 million people are police officers. That's 0.4% not 4%. Learn numbers dude. Both of you are dumb.

Also, not racist but this is a real statistic. Majority of the highest murder rate countries on earth are hispanic or black. Majority of murders committed in the United States are Hispanic and black. So there are some important questions that need to be asked here.

Actually, I'm celebrating a national holiday. Fuck if I know what it is, but I got two days off, which is all that matters. And the drinking standards are kind of different here to what you're used to. Since social drinking is a lot more common and acceptable, it's also way more common for people to drink for fun. Like I do. It only becomes a problem when you drink out of sadness or to make life more bearable. THEN it becomes an issue, because you start relying on alcohol for emotional support (due to a lack of a better word) and it becomes next to impossible to give it up.

Also, I can still form coherent sentences and write the word "coherent", so I'm clearly not that drunk. Only had the equivalent of 3 shots of rum.
