Perks of Being a Wallflower, it's about a boy who has gone through some serious trauma as a child going through his everyday life trying to cope with everything. The scene in the gif is during his mental breakdown.

There is nothing that I can't stand more than someone opening my shit.
Or if I let someone play my new video game and they get farther than me in it if they start from the beginning. My two biggest pet peeves.

What do you think Crytek, Bioware, DICE, Blizzard, etc. do all day?
They make games.
They work on games.

Just because someone working late-nights, weekends, and sometimes at work when they shouldn't be, hasn't released an update in a few months, doesn't mean they've given up. Maybe they're busy. Maybe they're working on a new mechanic that's testing their patience, maybe they lost all their work to computer failure. Sure, I bet plenty of them have given up, or have done a terrible job, but they don't have thousands of people working on it almost ceaselessly. They have to take the slow path.

"I'd rather spend money on a finished console game that a pc game that will never see the light of day."

Even if the game dies, some part of it may live on in someone else's game. Even if everything about it is horrendous, but the mechanics are without equal. Someone may pick up the mechanics, and use it for a better game later, even if the original dies without seeing its way out of the darkness.

But someone, somewhere must shoulder the burden. The least a person can do, is try.

Just because I don't spend my money on the Early Access does not mean I don't enjoy seeing the progress they make. I read the comments, watch my friends play them. I try and review games for a forum I am a part of, in order to do that I can't spend forty dollars on half a game and say,"Oh yeah it's good even though it's not done." No, I need to be able to play a finished product to conduct a proper review.

And just because a game is Early Access, doesn't mean it's going to be bad.
That's hypocritical, that is.

Same thing with Early Access as with PC hardware. Without the influx of these new games that may or may not be worth it in the end, can their new ideas, material, and stories be spread amongst the masses. And without that, the gaming world becomes stagnant, just waiting for the next iteration. And that's what makes some of these early access games so special, they're brand new, there's nothing else like them out there. And that makes them fun, and interesting.

If it's finished, why does it need another iteration?
Why do we need to revive it?

Everything can always be better, and can always be improved, in some way, shape or form.

Consoles are just waiting for the next iteration.

You praise PC because you can upgrade it, I praise things for what they can do as is without stuffing thousands of dollars into it to make it handle a metric dick load of mods when I personally like the vanilla stuff on there better. So what if I like the feel of a controller in my hand, so what if I like sitting on my couch while I play. None of it mater you fucking moron, it is all a matter of preference and opinion. If you have to get mods to improve the functionality of your games, then your game isn't finished yet.
If you go to Ikea, and buy a bookshelf, do you buy a finished product? You got everything you asked for, but you still have to put it together.
Do you go to McDonald's and cook your own burger? Or do you receive a finished product, in the form of the burger your ordered?
