It's not like America's gonna fucking explode or something. I'm just trying to open up your options. Joining the Navy here is a death-race too, all the immigrants and barely-legals are always trying to take up military positions because they want it more. I just happened to be poor-ass bilge snipe when I joined, so all the military brats fell out in the sorting process and I got picked (relatively poor, mind you. In my poorest days, I could afford buffets and ps3s and such. Americans are never actually poor, we have relative poverty here).

It's like this: Because of my military days, I went to Korea, Japan, The Philippines, China, Europe, etc.

Because of that, I know I'd rather be in Korea than America. So I moved to Korea.

You've only been to The Philippines and it's a pretty big world. I'm politely suggesting that you go explore it. It's pretty gnarly, trust me.

See look? Korean ice cream sandwich

It's a damn shame the military is't taking that many prior servicemen looking to re-enlist... been trying for four years, I'm not even being picky about which branch I want to join anymore.. as long as they take me back.

The Army will take you. My local university's ROTC program has been chomping at my bits ever since I entered college post-military, but I want to go back Navy and the officer recruiter won't give me the time of day until I have a Bachelor's in-hand.

In the meantime, Academi wants me for a gate guard position that pays a measly 4200/month. My military compensations package blew that shit out of the water working half the time I'd be working at Academi. The sad part is, someone's gonna snatch that comparing paychecks without looking at the contract requirements or compensation package.

Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. I'm an Americunt, so I can live wherever the fuck I want on my big fat American checks and such with my work-at-home job.

Fortunately, you have a way out. The U.S. Navy allows 2000 Filipinos in per year. I was in the U.S. Navy for 4 years and it wasn't bad- I worked beside plenty of Filipinos. I'm completing my degree so I can go back as in officer. Try it out, it's definitely not the worst option.

You too can live like an Americunt!

I heard America is in pretty bad shape too.

Also 2000 Filipinos a year? Wow, Maybe I'll join up with the other 200,000 candidates and might try my luck on moving to another shitty place.

I'm sticking here, I love my people and it's much more tropic.

how you end in an online answers page without knowing how to even google shit?
i mean i a lot hard to make an account and to post a comment in a board than just googling the question.
also, people with zero knowledge in tech matters tend just to hire a technician to do their stuff.
#57 - anonymous (05/03/2014) [-]
First, if you can't even figure out how to look up something on google, you shouldn't even be allowed to touch a computer unless you're a little kid who's never used one before, seriously you just type google.com in the address bar and type in key words that will be in whatever you're looking up and click "search". Second, you really have no excuse for being technologically challenged, they had us start using PCs in the first grade when they made a point of taking us to the computer lab every day. If you don't know how to operate a computer, all you have to do is sit down and start fucking around with it and it doesn't take long to figure it out.
User avatar #58 - spanishninja (05/03/2014) [-]
exactly my point, nowadays even the adress bar is assosiated to one search engine so you dont even have to look up for google.
User avatar #47 - heeveejeevees (05/03/2014) [-]
Well, have you ever tried Googling a problem and found the exact same problem and leads you to a thread, but when you click it, the first answer would be "google it."

Well, basically, this content is about a person with zero knowledge in tech matters and asked a technician to help him.

Well, have you ever tried Googling a problem and found the exact same problem and leads you to a thread, but when you click it, the first answer would be "google it."

Well, basically, this content is about a person with zero knowledge in tech matters and asked a technician to help him.

>2014
>looking for a tech in an answers board
>not expecting at least a "google it"
>not expecting a "delete sys32" in the worst case

pic related, probably the worst of the scenarios of a person looking for a vet online.

>implying this was originally posted 2014
>implying no one does
>yep pretty much all of them
>implying no one still falls for this

>implying windows7 exists since 2009 and that kind of jokes are shit old
>implying "people with zero tech knowledge" as you said wont fall for a "delSys32" ruse
>implying your grandma cant google how to turn the tv on.
>implying newfags know how to imply
>implying the answer to all of this mess isnt 42.
