He also had his right turn single on. I don't know about about other countries traffic laws, but in the states, if it is clear and there inst a sign that states other wise, you can make a right on red. Technically, I think your supposed to slow down and stop first though.

you are supposed to stop in the us, at least where i live, you are supposed to treat it like a stop sign basically.

Yeah, I'm calling bullshit on you being in the industry because you obviously know shit.
Yes, motion capture has been around for years.
Real time facial recognition, with low resource use, high response rate that can work on something that has as low resolution as a webcam is insanely new technology. Not just insanely new, but amazingly advanced. Visage technologies has made leaps in technology to develop underlaying tech for this.
So yeah, no, students have NOT been testing this tech for years, and this tests are extremely new. And you either have no idea how this is different then ancient tech used years ago, or are lying through your teeth, in both cases you are either bullshitting about being in the industry, or seriously horrible at your job.

what are you talking about? students tested these things years ago as a bachelor thesis, commercialising it is realtively new.
You feel awesome of knowing Wikipedia or what? I'm just saying that these tests are nothing new

Real time, low demand, high response tech like this that works with normal webcam is very new.
Saying its known for years now is like looking at the car, then point at a horse drawn carriage and say "We had four wheel carts for ages!"
