Defense Budgets and militarily strength also count.
And America has the greatest most powerful militarily strength in the modern world.
Not to mention the largest Navy and military basis that span the globe. git gud

It was Verdi's "Un Ballo in Maschera" an Italian opera about the assassination of the king of Sweden while he was attending a masquerade ball. The place is in Austria, and they do a different Opera every year with a new floating stage. A ticket is about $130.
