Oh yeah, it is. I think there are places near me that sell crap like that.
I bet you they won't sell well and give up on the product, or they get sued for false advertising sometime in the near future.

Idk what it was made of, but years ago i remember eating a protein powder that didnt use caffiene based stimulants, but it was supposedly using an oxygen based booster of some sort. I love the stuff because when i went out running, i felt lighter and more energetic and it was great.

I remember the feeling isnt like those stimulant powder drinks before weightlifting(i have some of those) and it worked pretty well for me, but it was so long ago i cant remember what it was.

Idk what was in it, but it reminded me of this, and it definitely worked for me whatever it was

I don't think the stomach would be able to effectively absorb the dissolved oxygen. The membranes found in the lungs have the necessary properties and surface area to do it, while the stomach has much less surface area and a thick coating of mucus to keep acid off of it.
