No, that's the wall between story and the real world.
The fifth wall separates the narrative and the real world.
Breaking the fourth wall means to make the characters aware of the outside of the set.
Breaking the fifth wall means to have something be aware of the details of the set, like one case in Gintama where Gin commented that if they continued down a certain chain of adult jokes, they'd lose their timeslot.
