you make a good point. I still feel that with the millions of dollars (I'm speculating on the price) put into this movie the writers could think of something better then "losing the will to live" .

Maybe George was tired of creating epic plots at this point.

oh of course... It was not my intention to seem rude towards you. I was only stating my opinion on the matter you understand.... sufficed to say they should have said "yea he broke her neck. she has internal bleeding and is basically choking on her own blood" at least that would have been a illegitimate answer.

Of course, but that wouldn't be the cliche ending to a romantic story line. Plus, if that had happened, she wouldn't have lasted to the end of the fight, much less through the flight to Polis Massa where she gave birth.

You can in fact die from losing the will to live. People that have a spouse or someone they care about die can sometimes literally die from a broken heart (what actually happens is the heart muscle is weakened because of the stress). Also childbirth is very physically taxing, and can kill some women. People can hold onto life to tell someone or see someone when they are injured or sick and then die almost immediately afterwards, they only survived as long as they did because of their will to live. So all of that said her death was completely plausible. Say what you will about the prequels but on this one your wrong my friend, any doctor would tell you what I just did.

That is seriously what happened. I didn't say I liked it. I didn't say it was good. I'm just stating the facts. Look up her death and you will see.

Actually that's the newtonian way of doing gravity. Einstein's field equations give a more accurate result.
User avatar #39 - notabtard (02/21/2012) [-]
However, given that the distance between the center of the panda's mass and the center of the earth's mass changes by almost none, the original approximation is probably about as accurate.
#32 - iamphoenix (02/21/2012) [-]
That is the force of gravity. What the bear said is the acceleration due to gravity. 9.81 ends up being the answer for acceleration even when you use the Fg equation.

You don't see how that could be construed as sadistic and cruel? You get to suffer, just not as bad as everybody else, because I didn't bother to inform you that magic sky people exist, contrary to logic and reason, which is the one thing I specifically created you to use?
