I'd bust out copious amounts of reaction pics, but my previous laptop's hard disk exploded in fire so I only have like three now

But hi, you seem like a cool person, so I added you.
#74 to #73 - sinery (05/10/2014) [-]
I suppose that I do indeed seem so, occasionally.

Besides, how can I be a good creeper and lurker if I don't creep every now and then?
#61 - kavrick (05/04/2014) [-]
I expected this to be a snakefire alt
#62 to #61 - firesnake (05/04/2014) [-]
Haha, yeah, I honestly didn't expect anyone to have a similar username.
#63 to #62 - kavrick (05/04/2014) [-]
It's also cool how both of you like soul eater
#64 to #63 - firesnake (05/04/2014) [-]
I only recently got into it, but definitely a great manga/anime (although the anime ending we don't mention).
#65 to #64 - kavrick (05/04/2014) [-]
The manga is amazing
#66 to #65 - firesnake (05/04/2014) [-]
I agree, it's a lot better, need to find the time to get up to date with it though.

Ooh sweet, in that case, need to finish it!

The ending is kinda disappointing
#70 to #69 - firesnake (05/04/2014) [-]
Can't see it be any more disappointing than the end of the anime though.
#71 to #70 - kavrick (05/04/2014) [-]
Nah, it's not

"I know I am intelligent because I know that I know nothing"-- Who said this?
User avatar #53 to #52 - firesnake (01/16/2014) [-]
I believe that was Socrates.
#54 to #53 - lovecranes (01/17/2014) [-]
Well done! Just checking if you still know your quotes.
User avatar #55 to #54 - firesnake (01/17/2014) [-]
Haha, I have a lot of knowledge that is useless in real life.
#56 to #55 - lovecranes (01/22/2014) [-]
Psh. Knowledge is a powerful tool. Maybe even your strongest.

User avatar #43 to #42 - snakefire (10/01/2013) [-]
Awh sorry...

What were you looking for?
User avatar #44 to #43 - firesnake (10/01/2013) [-]
A job in the biomedical sciences, because seemingly that's all I am good for :p
User avatar #45 to #44 - snakefire (10/01/2013) [-]
Oh nice. That sounds awesome.
User avatar #46 to #45 - firesnake (10/01/2013) [-]
Haha, it would be if there weren't 50 applications for every job already. My lack of job experience puts me at the bottom of a massive pile of talent.
User avatar #47 to #46 - snakefire (10/01/2013) [-]
Experience doesnt seem to help so much either.

I tried getting a job at a pet store because its the only thing I have experience with.

They didn't hire me because I'm only 16 and have no license, despite running several home businesses myself in the past, such as breeding snakes and other animals, and making terrariums.

But no, lets hire the 19 year old that knows ******** about animals instead just because he can drive.
User avatar #48 to #47 - firesnake (10/01/2013) [-]
That's the problems with looking for jobs.
hurdle one: they need to pick you for a damn interview to begin with.
hurdle two: they go for better credential or experience or in this case a license before you even get mentioned.
hurdle three: A lot of interviewers know **** all about the subject themselves and go for the guy who sprouts the most hard sounding terms.

Looking for jobs is ******** .

"The best way to cheer yourself up is to cheer everyone else up"--Who said this?
User avatar #33 to #32 - firesnake (09/20/2013) [-]
I don't know, but it is an adaptation on the Mark Twain quote
#34 to #33 - lovecranes (09/20/2013) [-]
I knew you would know who said that quote. It was also a hint to who this is.
User avatar #35 to #34 - firesnake (09/20/2013) [-]
Haha, I realized immediately, good to see you again!
#36 to #35 - lovecranes (09/21/2013) [-]
Haha. Thanks ;) Anyway, what's new with you? Enjoying the big world out there?
User avatar #37 to #36 - firesnake (09/21/2013) [-]
I am doing rather well, still looking hard for a job and still not finding one, but I'm enjoying the limited freedom it gives me to focus on writing.
How about you?
#38 to #37 - lovecranes (09/21/2013) [-]
Ah well, I hope you find a good job in this economy. It's not easy. What are you writing about now? I am doing well, thanks for asking. I haven't really been up to much other than writing and finishing up up the first few chapters of the memoir/autobiography.

the Bibble says that homosexuality is an abomination. you should just kill yourself but i will continue to prayy for you
User avatar #11 to #9 - firesnake (03/30/2013) [-]
plus also, the same part of the old testament that refers to homosexuality as an abomination also forbids the consumption of pork.
ps.: Bible* pray*
#13 to #11 - suckmyasssketche (03/30/2013) [-]
the law that forbid eating consumption of pork is a ceremonial law only meant for the Israelites. foolish ass. homosexuality being a sin is a moral law which can never change.
User avatar #15 to #13 - firesnake (03/30/2013) [-]
See, what you are doing here is called cherry picking, picking bits of religious documents that you follow and picking others that you don't want to follow.
#16 to #15 - suckmyasssketche (03/31/2013) [-]
not at all. it specifically says that the ceremonial laws are only meant for the Israelites. you just refuse to accept facts
User avatar #10 to #9 - firesnake (03/30/2013) [-]
Hah, kill myself because I believe that people have no business in telling other people who they can or cannot love? No thank you.
Also if you would kindly refrain from praying for me, that would be nice. Nothing against religion but more against getting the prayers of an idiot.
#12 to #10 - suckmyasssketche (03/30/2013) [-]
we shoudlnt be forced to accept immorality and sin. you are imposing your beleifs on us, not the other way around, ************ . ima keep praying for you homeboy
User avatar #14 to #12 - firesnake (03/30/2013) [-]
I´m not imposing anything upon you, if homosexual people can marry it doesn't mean you have to go out and marry a homosexual person.
I love how people like you act like it directly influences your life in any way, whilst it doesn't and you just don't like the idea. It's rather pathetic.
#17 to #14 - suckmyasssketche (03/31/2013) [-]
if we keep encouraging it den more and more peeple will turn gay and soon most people will be gay. it directly influences society in the worst way possible by trying to turn sin into a socially acceptible behavior
User avatar #18 to #17 - firesnake (03/31/2013) [-]
Okay, for one, being gay is already socially acceptable, that you don't accept it personally doesn't change that. and two, people don't "turn gay" it is a part of who they are.
