You're wrong.
Poise used to be overpowered in some situations, but now it has literally been disabled.
If I'm wearing the absolute heaviest fucking armor and gear in the game with like 10 billion Poise, I should fucking hope being hit once with a dagger wouldn't stagger me.
But guess fucking what: it does.
What's the point of wearing more armor than a character from Gears of War and a ring that doubles that shit if it does absolutely nothing for you?

Why are there so many cunts like you out there that hate shields and want souls restricted. Bloodborne cut away a lot that made souls great and Souls 3 basically did the same. Builds mean practically nothing now.

what did they cut out in DS3? I think they left it pretty much as it was; added a teensy bit more as well. I felt that the extra stats were a step in the wrong direction for DS2, made everything too complicated and builds got really hard to actually calculate.

Darksouls is a combat game and with combat all you have is offense and defense. I can complain about what they did for offense with how common ore is and how most builds can use most weapons but that's nothing compared to what they did to defense.

Shields are redundant to most bosses, armor is nothing but fashion souls, poise does nothing and there appears to only be a regular dodge and a fat dodge with no agility skill.

Below 30 is fast
30 to 70 is medium
Above 70 is fat
Vit itself helps raise defense a lot plus you can stack it with the heavier armors and optionally a ring or two. Not that hard dude

I really don't see an issue with what you are complaining about. There's no problem with having a large amount of titanite and the ability to diversify builds. That just allows people to change how they play more often, which is a good thing.

I don't see the issue with not having an agility stat. The Carthus Bloodring is there if you want more iFrames.

I mean I personally don't play with a shield usually.

I didn't think bloodborne held up therefore... Every Souls game is about hiding behind a shield? Haha wat?

It didn't feel like a Souls game. It felt like a fast-paced slasher style game.

"It didn't feel like a Souls game."
It's not a Souls game.

I know right? It's almost as if Bloodborne isn't a souls game!

... Yea that's why when the creator refers to the franchise he calls it SoulsBorne.

its plays like a faster souls game without a shield, why does souls have to mean hiding behind a shield
