And at 110 kg, dont be disheartened. One of my guys in my unit was a fatass and now he looks like a beast. The good thing about being fat is you have a lot of mass to feed your body, unlike me who has to eat every second otherwise I lose my gains.

He still eats a lot of shit but works out on the regular so it prevents him from going back to where he was. He takes creatine, protein, preworkout, you name it, he probably tried every supplement known to man.
His workout just includes going really hard, like everything i told you, start out small in the beginning, and then keep adding weight. That is just stuff I learned from him passing it to you.

But in my own opinion, if you want to lose weight, all you gotta do is walk a lot and eat less food that include saturated or trans fat. Stay away from white bread, white rice, potatoes especially (fucking starch), peanut butter, whole milk, and any type of food you know is bad for you, like chips, cookies, soda, etc.

What you should eat: brown rice, brown bread, skim milk, greek yogurt, fruit, beans, nuts, fish.
Just look at the back of the label, focus on Total Fat and make sure that number is low. Calories are calculated from Total Fat, Protein, and Carbs added up together. Protein>Carbs>Fat your body needs all three to be functioning properly, but fat is the least youll need if you are already fat.

Now I have one last question: meals!

Something I havent eaten in a while are pancakes rolled with spinach. Are there pancake recipes that would benefit me in my endeavors or should I completely steer clear of it? And what about coffe, or caffeine in general? Im already down from a can and a half a day to one cup, max two a day. Do I need to cut that out or is it okay? Pal of mine said I shouldnt drink it...

Pancakes have a lot of carbs, id say it really depends on the flour. Ive been eating pancakes for a long time and i saw no negative weight gain from fat. You can get fat off carbs too if you dont limit it and intake too much at once instead of a little throughout the day. It has a decent amount of protein too. Again, I would suggest to look for the mix that has the least amount of total fat.

Coffee is a grey area, it doesn't benefit, but does it harm? I would say it really depends on the milk, and creamer. I personally dont drink coffee though because I dont want to get dependent on it and crash later in the day. Caffeine is a key ingredient in most pre-workout powders. I dont use pre-workouts because they arnt that necessary. I go hard at the gym either way.

Minor things like coffee and pancakes shouldnt impact your performance or transformation too much. As long as you are lifting heavy, targeting different muscle groups each day, and watching what you eat, you should slowly see and feel a difference.

Isolate muscle groups, never do the same each day because they didnt fully repair. I do chest one day, back the next, legs the third, traps the fourth, biceps the fifth, and I usually just sit in my room during the weekends since im off work and play videogames. But I will do a few diamond pushups, some wide pushups, and handstand pushups. Not so much to gain muscle, but to exhaust my muscles to burn and prevent myself from accumulating fat weight.
