IQ
I cannot elaborate much on this topic as I have not taken an accredited IQ test in recent years. Based on my common knowledge and common sense, I would say that it is highly improbable that a single number score is an accurate representation of a person's total ability to problem solve.

There have also been numerous claims that the test is flawed, similarly to how the Meyers-Briggs personality tests are seen from an academic standpoint.

Physique vs. Fitness
Fitness is defined as 1) Being physically fit and healthy/ being able to survive and reproduce in a particular environment, and 2) being suitable to fulfil a particular role or task.

1) Given that one's fitness is determined based on their particular environment, it stands that one person's physique - no matter how in-shape or healthy - might not be as fit for an environment as someone else's.
- Ex. Muscular man, ripped, capable of running marathons with ease would be less-suited for the cold tundra than some other guy with more subcutaneous fat.

2) See body builders vs. strong men

Semen (Genetics) defining child (biological offspring)

Everyone in your family might have the genes to become 6'4", but if you were malnourished during your formative years, there is a good chance that you won't be.

Your child might be born with brown hair, but if he dyes it red and shoots up a movie theatre, society will remember him as the crazy red head who shot up a movie theatre.

I think I shall elaborate on this a bit, too.

Gender vs. Biological Sex
- Biological sex is what you're born with. You are either biologically male, female, or intersex (characteristics of both)
- Gender reflects the neurological configuration of your brain, which is reflected in the way you view yourself. Most people identify as being male or female. Some people like to identify with both genders, and some prefer not to identify with either. This is generally described as variations in gender fluidity.
