It's perfectly fine to enjoy the game, no worries.
I personally like what is there, I am just pissed at the developers for lying about features.

My issue isn't the game itself, it is the guy that was the public face for it talking nonsense.

I am enjoying it for what it is. And though my playtime has definitely diminished in it, it is still my go to relaxation game. Especially since I'm playing through Shadows of Mordor again, which can be fucking infuriating. However, it definitely feels more like an early access game rather than an actual release. There is a large difference between the trailers and the game, hell one of them even showed a freighter being attacked by A.I. in atmosphere. As enjoyable as it is, it feels like a solid base for a game that hasn't had its full release yet.

I get in shitty moods and I don't want to leave my house or interact with people. Ordering online was a good way around that for when I got in those moods. With the new pricing though, if I were to order it I'd not only be depressed out of my mind but fiscally irresponsible seeing as those moods last weeks at times.

It's not a matter costing more, it's a matter of how disproportionately they charge. I feel stupid saying it's a matter of principle but I don't double the price of the work I do for people because they ask me for 10 minutes of extra labor and I'm sure as shit not going to pay for the same. Both places I order from are down the street from me. I could go there and get a pizza for 9 bucks but if I order it now it's magically 15 plus they want a tip? Fuck right off. I order pizza when I don't feel like cooking but I don't want to leave the house. Since they introduced that skewed pricing and delivery fee bullshit, I just stopped ordering pizza. I only got the pizza because they were the only ones that delivered. If I'm now forced to leave the house to buy food anyway, I'm going to get actual food, not some shitty grease disk.

Most places don't have a reasonable way to implement a means with which to calculate proportionate price to distance, so I'm sorry to say you're gonna pay the same as someone who lives further away, so you can either pay the price they're asking, go and get the pizza yourself, or maybe hit up a local grocer for some fruits and veggies.
Seems more like your beef is more with exercise than economics.

I don't explain anything to the driver. If one made a fuss about it, I would though. And the fees here are $3 standard, not 70 cents or 1.50. Expecting me to pay an extra $6 (assuming I tip) on a pizza that's 12 dollars is stupid plus the places near me charge more for pizzas when you don't pick them up. Like, separate from the delivery fee, the pizza just costs more for no reason. By the end of it I'm paying almost double and it's retarded.

I don't know what to tell you, not trying to sound smug, but gratuity aside, if the extra charges for not having to go get it yourself are too much, maybe just go get it yourself.
