I think I know what you meant. I think the instant heal in Part 4 and 5 is understandable through their stand ability (even if I still scratch my head over part 5 about how that works out).

You are right about part 6 and 7 (especially the example of Gyro you mentioned). It shows how they patch up after a fight and after a few panels the marks and effects of those wounds are completely gone.

The only exception I can think of is Kakyoin who gets slashed in the eyes, getting blind temporary and missing out a few chapters lying in a hospital and need some pairs of glasses to hide those wounds afterwards.

I hope I'm not offending anyone but to me Gonzzom is nothing but an unfunny edgelord. The fact that he made animations for Tobuscus should be enough for an argument, but all he ever does is put a bunch of rape, dicks and racism into his videos. that isn't funny in itself, there has to be context that makes it funny.

Well in part 1+2 there was Hamon that could heal wounds even if its slow.

In Part 4 and onward there was always someone who could completely heal people with his/her stand power in some way (You also get the feeeling while reading that the characters were depending on that Person.)

Dunno about part 7 because I am currently reading it.

Thats not what I mean, what I mean is that even though many characters get cut up, shot and generally lose several litres of blood, they are completely healed after a few panels with no scars or anything. Have you read the pork-pie-hat kid fight yet? Because thats one of the best examples, Johnny gets his cheek ripped open by a hook and 2 panels later, his cheek is completely healed
