i see your Hummer is treating you well, shame your girlfriend has to deal with all that overcompensation on something smaller than a CPU

Hey man, I get that not being loved by any woman in your life (including your own mother who, let's be honest "loves" everyone, if you catch my drift) has left you bitter and unstable. So, as a show of good sportsmanship, I'll give you a "that was a good one" that will hopefully help keep those tears of anguish at bay while you make slappy-happy with your fleshlight tonight, and I lay in bed with my wife.

Unfortunately, Nvidia's nView was the last hope I had, and I tried it a few weeks ago. Still no luck. They continue to open in the original location.
As far as the theme, I'll try it. It's a saved option now.

Gets pretty involved as to what dictates where the window will be but this seeemed like it may help:
1. Open the application.
2. Re-size the window so that it is not maximized or minimized.
3. Move the window to the monitor you want it to open on by default.
4. Close the application. Do not re-size prior to closing.
5. Open the application.
It should open on the monitor you just moved it to and closed it on.
6. Maximize the window.

Yeah, checked Device Manager. All of my input devices are allowed to wake up the PC.

Honestly, the windows opening up in different spots is the biggest problem for me. I've even gotten into changing the registry and setting "old windows 7" file and folder options, but it still doesn't work. It's not minimizing then maximizing...it's the fact that if I close a program on my 3rd monitor (I have 4), it opens back up on the first. Very frustrating having to drag them back every time they're opened.

The software is meant for desktop management on multiple displays. Page 64 of th second link (the manual for the software) should help, looks like there's an option to control where windows open up, and "Last Display" is an option, so that should solve your problem there bud

Hopefully the saved theme will rectify that issue.

Still hmming and hawing on the wake from USB issue.... are you running the drivers that windows automatically downloaded, or the mouse/keyboard manufacturer's drivers? Might be that the windows default ones are NFG?

Nothing out of the ordinary here. Honestly, I'd think Win10 would of overcome the need for PS2 settings by now, and it worked on 8.1

In your Device Manager, right click on the mouse, click on the "Power Management" tab, there should be a checkbox for allowing the device to wake the computer. Might be a windows default to have them not allowed.
As for the theme, I notice that it's unsaved, saving it might solidify it on the machine. The fact that the changes being made are all related to the theme makes me believe that it's a theme setting that's causing your issues. At the very least, having the settings all saved as a theme would allow you to modify the registry to only allow selection of your desired theme, and I'd hope that that would solve your problem there.
Still working on the windows changing position. Is this a situation where you have a window Snapped and then minimize and maximize it?
