It represents the gullibility of today's society and the petty arbitrariness of our economy. The line symbolizes the divide between art and shit, and its small presence on the page implies that that line is fading away. The things on the ends draw one's eye to the piece in the first place, perhaps representing the impact of advertising and believing what one is told to believe, especially about art. The fact that no effort was put into the piece suggests a challenge, maybe an insult, to the mainstream, rejecting even quality to be truly unique.
In summary, it's shit and the artist knew he sold shit.

That all depends on your definition of "we."
There are always people who will bitch about some content's origin, but they're too stupid to realize that nothing on the internet has a real source. Everything comes from everywhere. That's how this damned contraption works.

I mean, technically it is free. Sure their taxes are higher, but they don't have to worry about paying for taxes AND a medical bill that is so huge that it would have been more beneficial for the person to die. Let's put it this way: In Canada a cancer patient has to worry about cancer; in America a cancer patient has to worry about cancer and whether or not their house will sell so they can afford chemotherapy.

Save for the medicine bit, that doesn't really happen...
Australian, we're not chock full of homeless people and there's barely any "gypsies". Not sure if you mean Egyptians or the Romani but there's not a lot of either, atleast in my region, mostly Muslims, Asians, and a variety of Caucasian I can't distinguish.

I am from Slovakia... We have here big gypsi minority and most of them are just homeless and stinky and they don' t care about anything execpt for bearing another stinky homeless kids and destroying everything we gave them for free... And some of the hospitals are really full of them...But goverment can' t do nothing with them because European union is calling us racist then...

actually american hospitals are required by law to admit and treat everyone regardless of whether or not they can pay, that's why american healthcare is so expensive. People who can't pay don't so the hospital has to jack up the prices on everyone who can pay.
No matter where you live, if you have money, you have to pay for everyone else healthcare

I may be completely wrong, but this is what it is from my understanding.
Think of an MRI scan. The brain is rendered in many many different layers. It's essentially the same thing with 3D printing. You'll give the machine a 3D model, and it will print the model layer by layer until the layers finally build up to look like the given model. The thinner the layers are, the smoother the model will come out.

There are a couple different methods.
Some print out thin layers of plastic that build up to form the object.
Others fire lasers into a resin that causes it to harden, and forms the object that way.
There are others, but I can't think of them off the top of my head at the moment.
