Yet you would immediately sentence a man to death on the notion that he might be a killer
Hell you would have him killed for his crimes, you would tell me the MURDER of a man for simple robbery is just and that the officer had NO other options, NOR should a law enforcement officer be held to a higher standard than the average civilian when it comes to mental stability and situational control
You want me to believe you value human life when you're so eager to throw one under the bus for the comfort of another based on what you fear might happen, based on what ifs
What ifs are a great way to examine a situation, not to excuse a killing
Killing is never justified, no matter what. This I will stand behind to the ends of the earth if I should last that long. Had to do it? Fine. Do it. And then accept you've done something deeply wrong. Preach that your hand was absolutely forced if you must but never pretend you were just in doing so. That is where the value of human life truly ends, whether you realize it or not.
Imagine the man were alive, and people were calling out for his execution on the grounds that he might kill.
I will never justify murder.

Look, there is a lot of senseless murder in the world. I know that. I'll never forget being in the ER and hearing a mom beg God not to take her son from her that died from street violence..I am not saying the cop is a blameless saint and should have gotten off Scott free like he did, but unfortunately we lack all the information regarding this case. Maybe the cop was already threatening to shoot him and (again) the kid felt no other option but to try to save his hide, but these are all pieces of information we are lacking. There is no definitive way of knowing exactly what went down without having been in the midst ourselves. Everyone else is distorting it to fit their own agendas..that is tragic. The man/guy/kid will never be fully understood. I realize this. I do get that you think cops and people endowed with power should be better than what they are, but at the end of the day cops are just like everyone else trying to also get home to the ones they love. Also, our whole government is a system of abused power and privilege..so how can we really expect the people they hire to be of any better standard? If we want really want to clean out one part of the government we may as well just clean the whole house.

Wow, your just something else aren't you? Again, I ask you in a simpler way...where would you stand in the event that he had wrestled the gun from the cop and in turn killed the cop? Your perspective is all based on "what if" as well so I am not understanding where your superiority of knowing how things would play out is coming from. If you have some secret stash of information that I have not been let in on then spill the beans.
