Yeah thats the thign if the plane moves faster from the thrust of course it can fly. BUt if they have a constant matchign speed the plane is going nowhere.

No dude. The wheels roll freely.
The speed of the plane will always be represented as T+G, where T is thrust and G is ground speed. The wheels negate any speed of a rolling conveyor as soon as thrust is high enough to move the mass of the airplane.

Put a toy plane on a treadmill, and tie a string to the prop. As long as you hold the string, it makes no difference what speed you set the treadmill at.

Once you add the thrust then of course it can take off. but it wont with just the wheels alone

Airplanes fly using thrust, not wheels. The prop or the turbine produces enough thrust to shove the plane forward on it's wheel until sufficient velocity is achieved to overcome the weight and drag (air resistance). The wheels simply avoid sliding friction.

Well, once you start the engines, the belt can never match the speed of the wheels, they will spin at belt speed plus engine thrust speed.
