We don't disagree. I just don't care if about being a dickhead. Being a dickhead is nothing but public perception. The public is roughly the "average" person. The average person is fucking stupid, and half of them are stupider than that. Why in the world would I ever care what they thought.

I've already responded to the "not a big deal" part. If you're arguing over whether or not he is "being" a dick then we have nothing to talk about. I don't care if he's a dick. From my point of view he has values, and one of those is holding some regard for comedy. When his wife disagreed with his values he left her. He decided his integrity was worth more than the marriage. If that makes him a dick then oh fuckin well.

I don't know what you're wanting me to respond to. The only part that isn't based on your assumption that I already talked about is the "isn't a big deal" part and I already commented on that too.

Seriously, get checked.

"The guy's a comedian and I'm sure he'd still have plenty of material if he took out the intimate details about his relationship with his wife. Plus, It's pretty easy to say something "isn't a big deal" when you're just looking in on it and not being negatively or directly affected by it at all."
That. Respond to that. The argument this whole time has been over if this guy is being a dick in this situation and you're only objection against this is that she should have expected it from him.

"Subsequently they divorced, which he initiated through text messaging." You wanna actually discuss something without fucktarded logic, feel free. I won't ignore it.

The fuck are you talking about? You saying "deeply upset" when no one has talked about how much how upset she was at any point. (She didn't even initiate the divorce.)

I didn't use surprised to describe her emotions. I used surprised as in, what the fuck did she think a comedian did? "Behind her back" and "without her knowledge" are the important words. The way you took the discussion makes you seem a little autistic or something bro. Might wanna get checked.

"Deeply upsetting" was never used. She talked with him about it because she didn't like it, and he explained that it is simply what a comedian does. It literally is not a big deal, and shouldn't be surprising, that a comedian does that.
User avatar #142 - diggytits (12/18/2014) [-]
If you want to talk quotes the word "surprised" was only used when she surprised him at one of his shows, yet you assume that someone is surprised that he did this. No one's surprised but that doesn't make it any less of a dick move. The guy's a comedian and I'm sure he'd still have plenty of material if he took out the intimate details about his relationship with his wife.
