My point is you can't just say the officer is 100% wrong when half the video is missing. Anyone can start recording AFTER someone is shot and tell whatever tale they want to

well judging by the tone and actions each person took in light of the incident we can see the officer acting irrationally while the other two were much more calm than he was, but I guess getting shot will force you to do.

and also look who was the one who lost their life, the one who lost their companion, and the obvious as hell smoking gun. Taking reactions, word, and what was lost It is pretty much easy to say the officer is at fault.

Did he have reason to shoot and kill the man? maybe. Did he have to? no.

Well yeah obviously his tone and actions won't be completely calm, he just shot someone. We don't know his tone or actions before that because the video only started after the shooting

Ok so looking at the obvious here, two people are in the car, officer shoots the passenger not once, but four times and starts to shout inconsistent orders to the driver.

What you seem to be arguing is that they could have agitated the officer before recording. Plausible, but was four shots necessary?

Considering the passenger had a gun on him, was it still necessary to shoot the man?

Considering the officer had his gun out already and the passenger, by some crazy decision attempted to pull out the weapon that he said he had, did he have to pull the trigger?

Now think, could the officer avoided shooting the man? Yes he can. Did he? No he didn't.

Did the officer know the guy? Did he know his state of mind? He could have pulled over a psychopath. If you shoot, you shoot to kill. Guy allegedly said he had a guy and was reaching for the paperwork. I've been pulled over, and as soon as I stopped I already had all my stuff out for the cop, which is what most people do, so with that in mind, why did he decide to reach into his pocket then? He could have had his license, registration, and gun registration in his hand already when the cop was at the window. This could have easily been avoided on both sides

Ok 1) despite not personally knowing a man, he still should treat them with the utmost respect, that is a duty of all people. But I don't see every officer going to shoot someone who they have probable cause to stop, search, or arrest

2) No. The term shoot to kill is q term that is only applicable in certain cases. He could've shot to incapacitate or merely pointed the gun to the man without pulling the trigger.

3) The fact of the matter is that they didn't. Was that a fault that should end with someone losing their life? No it shouldn't be

These generalities that your bringing does not deny the fact that the officer did not have to pull the trigger. And that is not a generality, that is truth. Did a man have to die because of the officers choices? No. But was he in the right mind to be concerned if th man had a gun on him? Yes, but he definitely could have gone about it differently.

The fact of the matter is the man died because of the officers decision and I highly doubt that it could have gone the other way but that is mere speculation.

You touched a child today. You have to believe me even though I have no proof what I said is true. See how that works?

Only you can actually hear the panic in the officer's voice. He lost his shit. He obviously isn't thinking straight and he's panicking.
He has zero control of the situation, which officers shouldn't do. This points to him having overreacted and fired on the guy since he has no control.

bro just got shot 4 times in front of his daughter and girlfriend for grabbing his license. it really isnt that deep it's not a conspiracy. why is it so hard to believe that cops are racist? unless.....you're also a racist

Go watch the video again

0:25 "he shot him once, he shot him in his arm"
1:00 "you shot four bullets into him sir"
6:50 "he shot him, he shot him three times"
#38 - steavo (07/08/2016) [-]
why should i argue with you? it's futile to argue with people that really dont believe people get shot for being black.

Nah, you're just one of those incredibly smart people that just believe everything without hearing the entire story

ok then lets wait for them to release his bodycam footage....oh wait.....
User avatar
#48 - ohemgeezus (07/08/2016) [-]
yeah you're right, let's just believe someone with the second half of the encounter on film because why not
#50 - steavo (07/08/2016) [-]
you dont want to believe it because they're black. just accept it already, you hate the truth. what did he do to get shot? grab his gun? how come his gun was untouched in the glovebox? i cant wait to see the bodycam footage that they're going to somehow "lose". if the black dude did anything to warrant getting shot, the cop wouldnt have sat there for 5 minutes with the gun on him he would have pulled the dude out of the car to avoid the dude being able to grab the gun. it's simple logic. a cop doesn't just shoot someone and then stand over them without throwing some handcuffs on. the cop knew he fucked up thats why he didn't arrest anyone. HE DIDNT ARREST ANYONE. the dude is still alive while in his seat, he could have easily grabbed his gun, more than enough reason to pull him out and out him in cuffs instead of leaving him to bleed out in front of his daughter. but no, he caps the dude and realizes the dude didnt do shit so he calls in for backup and just stands there. no cuffs on the dude, no cuffs on his wife until other cops get there. her story makes sense.
retard

What truth? Were you there to actually see it all happen? How can you know 100% the reason it happened? Also, how are you so fucking stupid? When a shooting happens and there's only one cop do you seriously think they're going to do anything other than stand there and point the gun? This just proved how little you know about this subject
#56 - steavo (07/08/2016) [-]
oh man. do you believe in the big bang theory? what about religion? darwinism? there has to be something that you believe in that cant be proven 100%. but when it comes to black people getting killed in cold blood, you say we dont have all the faxxx.
User avatar
#59 - ohemgeezus (07/08/2016) [-]
There's believing and then there's saying, "IM 100% RIGHT AND IF YOU DON'T AGREE YOU'RE RETARDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
It isn't even a week after the event and you're already wanting to kill all cops with no proof the guy was innocent or not. There's been no autopsy. Nothing that can point to the actual truth
#61 - steavo (07/08/2016) [-]
lets see you defend this. unless you're brain dead, then you cant deny if this guy was white he would still be alive.
