... butter naturally has sodium but during the production of butter in most factories add about 2 tbsp per Lb.
also ... the chef that taught me to make them use butter ... it was awesome

Nah, not everyone in my house likes the amount of salt I have with mine.

Good suggestion though, I'm sure someone will find it useful.

but it was a chemist/chef i knew used olive oil and she said it was better that way
