If you're not seeing any progress at that, try bumping it up another 200 or so for a while. A couple of extra calories per meal is super easy. If you don't drink whole milk, switching to that will help you get a few extra as long as you don't go crazy with it and/or the rest of your fat intake.

Right now, im just starting, i have three weeks in the gym. I feel im doing good for now, but when i need a more calories, surely i will do that. Thanks man.
