he said he was taking every opportunity to take a jog, so the chances of that happening are decreased.

i started running last summer, started out with 2km runs for 2 weeks, increased to 3, then 4, then 5, all the way up to 10km in 2 months. no leg problems at all, mainly since i weigh 60kg, 180cm. call me underweight or w/e i cant gain weight at all, apart from muscle weight. anyways, i got sick for 2 weeks, lost most of my stamina/endurance. started off by running a little bit too hard and 2 weeks later i had inflammated something in my calfs which took 1,5 month to fully recover from. luckily i did my coopers test at school before this happend which was my goal from the start, pulled off 3km at 12 mins got an A. now i stick to cycling because running is a fucking pain in the ass.

its really easy to get damages on ur lower leg parts and takes really long time to get rid off.

and im sorry i dont know the name of the different parts im swedish.
