Steel target plates are almost always angled slightly, so if any ricochets happen, they go down into the dirt and not up, god knows where, or back into the shooter.

They're not real guns. They're BBs he's shooting.
#15 - dyelfagget (09/22/2016) [-]
Ignore the retarded anon. He is firing a co2 gun or something, to many rounds in the weapon for it to be an actual fire arm and it is really unsafe to have plates that close.

There's a chance they are .22lr, they make conversion kits for it for glocks and most other common firearms. My p226 holds 18 rounds of 9mm. I think you could get 2 .22lr rounds per 9mm in a mag, which would leave you at 36 rounds per weapon 72 rounds total. I only counted him firing off 64 rounds, so that math would check out.
#20 - dyelfagget (09/22/2016) [-]
Actually I think you are right, he looks like he has extra guns and just trades them out as they run low.
#118 - ellojello (09/22/2016) [-]
Yeah, but I don't see him ever trade one out during the beginning there, his first 64 rounds. I think he must have large .22lr mags
#19 - dyelfagget (09/22/2016) [-]
Maybe. I still wouldn't trust having the plates that close. They look like they are almost angled toward him.

Plates throw almost nothing forward, usually the bullets crumple and send bits out in a circle around the point of impact. If they were sending hunks of lead outwards regularly, they'd be practically useless since the hunks of lead that ricochet would be lethal to a hundred feet or so, I'd wager, so they'd have to be ridiculously far away. But they don't do that, so they don't have to be.
#13 - anon (09/22/2016) [-]
The plates bend, absorbing much of the kinetic force from the impact. Without any kinetic energy left, the bullet won't go anywhere.

It generally has more to do with the bullet completely disintigrating on impact with the very hard steel.

Ugh, BritSpeak
Cheesy Toasty (sounds cuter and lacks the Brit annoying factor).

Cheese Toasty -- ugh.
Grilled Cheese is pretty much the instructions on how to make it minus a bread word.
Grilled Cheese Sandwich is the full name and that's with the bread word.

Cheese Toasty is Toast + Cheese on it.
There is a reason Americans speak as we do.
We have USEFUL LANGUAGE which is a hodgepodge of useful bits of other languages.
If a language isn't particularly incorporated into American English, then it's useless or mostly worthless.

I've also heard it referred to as a cheese toastie.

I think that might be the english version of it though, it's a pretty common thing.

Its just a sandwich with thick white bread and cheese in between, melted and toasted in either a pan with butter or in a toaster oven.

Its delicious tho

I would call that a toasted sandwich. Add a bit of ham and onion and its godly
