Yeah it was fucking awesome I was waiting for him to turn big since ant man, i thought maybe at the end, we would get a big hint that he would grow to giant man. Overall, spiderman was perfect too, amazing how 30 minutes of him were better than the 6 hours of the past films

Just so that my point is clearly made:
You said "we can live without music, we need science and technology". I ask you: how many hours in a day do you devote to entertainment? I think you ought to think of these things in a different way. Storytelling, music and all other forms of creative production permeate our lives to such an extent that it is extremely difficult to imagine life without them.
On the other hand, we have history, which shows us how it was like to live without the internet, electricity and even what we would term "good shelters" by our standards. History cannot do the same for lack of entertainment, since humans always produced and always will produce entertainment.
It is as natural to our needs as food, water and secure environments. Neuroscience calls entertainment broadly "cognitive play", and suggests that the advantages of it for our cognitive development are huge despite the fact that they go kind of unnoticed.
This makes sense especially when you consider the evolutionary psychology question of "Why do we like entertainment so much?" It is an extremely adaptive activity for highly cognitive beings such as we.
Boredom causes the finding of a lack of meaning in life, and this leads to what psychologists call "ennui"--an eerie existentialist state with strong ties to depression and, ultimately, suicide.
Art, music and storytelling allow us to pay attention to interesting parts of life we might have not considered by our own selves. They make life seem worthwhile and alleviate this existential boredom.
Nietzsche said it best (paraphrasing): "God is dead. Science, though, will never replace God. Meaning must be found somewhere. An explanation for the "Why?", not only the "How?". The values we lose with God's death can, however, be found again in art and literature."
If you are willing, then please do me the honor of foregoing any kind of entertainment in your life and focus solely on your work/studies/whatever. We'll see how long you can hold out.
If you find that you cannot or "would never" do something like that, then please do not dismiss these sectors of human activity.
tl;dr: We can live in mud huts, eat shit food and don't understand the "how" behind the world. Life would be tough, but have done it before and so it is doable. Living without entertainment, however, is virtually impossible for human beings as it is an inherent need without which the organism loses faith in all. The highest cognition of all the species we know is both a blessing (science) and a curse (need for entertainment).

Even if it was, do you honestly expect them do do it cut for cut from the source material, with the lack of characters, i heard they did awesome, expect a soda, and get water, no shit you will be disappointed. Also, as i said, could be the worst movie ever, COULD, just don't spoil it for people, not a hard concept to understand

For a few months, if you're new to training, you should recomposite your body, but after that you'll either need to change up your training to strength for compound movements but hypertrophy for accessories, and add some cardio in to continue seeing the same sort of thing
