If you like yaoi or you are a closet homosexual, yes definitely worth the watch!

I can garante you that after watching these tanned fabulous men posing in all sorts of feminine poses, you will come to term with your inner fag.

Its definitely worth, the first part is about 10 episodes long and is the lowest point of the series IMO (even though it's still pretty alright). After that it's easily the best anime I've watched.

JoJo is absolutely worth watching. If you liked AOT and One Punch Man (I've never seen Full Metal Alchemist), you'll probably like JoJo too.
Also, if you do decide to watch JoJo, I'd recommend sub over dub.

I suggest reading, honestly.

Unless you really can't get past the art style, then watch up to part 3, then read it as part 4 is unfinished. (There's episodes, but the part is not completed)

It goes up to part 8, with each with a respective "saga"

Hamon Saga:
Part 1: Phantom Blood
Part 2: Battle Tendency.
Hamon is a power gained by breathing properly, however it is stated that only people that have went through a really difficult time in their life may use it, Exact details to me are hazy, literally only these two parts feature Hamon as main use.
Stand Saga
Part 3: Stardust Crusaders
Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable PLEASE for the love of god don't think Diamond is Not Crash (The one where Koichi, the small guy, is called Huwan Kwanji or some shit.
Part 5: Vento Aureo
Part 6: Stone Ocean
Stands being a physical manifestation of your fighting spirit.

And Steel Ball Run saga Exists in an alternate universe because spoilers.
Part 7: Steel Ball Run
Part 8: JoJolion

JJBA, was originally created to be some form of Fist of the North Star parody. So it's heavily based on that, as you can see from part 1 characters resembling those from FOTNS.
However, since it got popular, it was forced to flesh out more.
Which means, Part 1's pacing and storytelling is different to those of other parts.

However, it explains itself fairly well Except for King Crimson. Fuck that thing. so lore is revealed on a need-to-know basis.

Through my years, being a weeb, and stopping being that, JJBA is on the top of my favorite animes list.

Apologies if I didn't make much sense. As you might be a massive fan of something and it makes it increasingly difficult to tell them about things.

King Crimson is simple.

He edits time where something is happening, leaving the effect (desired or not) without anyone remembering or seeing the cause. He can move in the erased time, changing what the effect is, but only minimally, as the power is limited.

As far as yoga, some people that are advanced in it are really strong because they need to be in order to hold those poses. Its very demanding, plus Ive read it has many health benefits as well. After the handful of times I've done it, I have always been relaxed and felt good. Everyone's different, but I say give it a try. It's not as easy as it looks.

I use assisted pull up machine and do lat pull downs.

my opinion of yoga is that it's glorified stretching that lazy, chubby sorority girls and soccer moms do so they can say they exercise and pretend to be spiritual.

I lift every other day and do cardio when I don't lift, 3x/week for both. Running is tough to do because there's so many ways to do it wrong and get shin splints or achilles pain or whatever, but it's worth it to get it right. Do it on a treadmill, then work your way to running outside or on a track. It's worth it to have more endurance for many reasons.

thanks man, I actually used to run alot but then I put on a lot of weight. I'm just trying to cut fat, gain more strength and muscle, and generally get healthier before I start running again, just so I don't injure anything else and protect my back from high impact actibity. But thanks a lot for your input!

1. Yes, build your strength until you can do a chin up, and you could alternate with the machine as well.
2.Yes
3.I have no opinion on yoga.
