I have actually never used a program. In the past couple years I've gone from a 205lb deadlift, 145lb bench, and an untested squat to a 405lb deadlift, 255lb bench, and like I said a 360lb squat, all that just from going out and working hard, although I'm going to hop on a defined program relatively shortly, I need to start training smarter.
What I would recommend for all your movements (Since you're relatively new), would be significantly dropping weight, and just focusing on form, and a lot of repetitions. Once you get your form nailed down you can start increasing your strength efficiently.
