Like I said, if they can't get over the referee fucking up, then they probably should not win anyway. I can't deny that his actions affect Brazil's performance, but if they were any good they would be more efficient. That the referee's mistakes in this match were as vital to the result as they were makes it another question, but they should still have enough morale to score. If not, then it's completely fair that they don't.
I don't believe in the "well the referee just hates us anyway, so fuck it all" mind set, but I'm not a professional player so what the fuck do I know.

Of course, it would be easier to play when the score is 0-0 instead of being two goals behind, but it doesn't excuse the fact that Brazil could not finish the job when it came to their attacks. Demoranization might have been a factor, but it shouldn't.

I'm not saying it should, I'm just saying it clearly was a factor in this particular game. How often do you see a referee fuck up this bad anyway? And if you have in mind that the referee sucks why even keep trying? See what I mean? Even the pros can't help it.

Try playing CS:GO. You'll understand. Morale is so fucking hard to deal with.

I mean that demoralization is not an excuse for a team being bad but rather the symptom of it. it means that they cannot pull themselves together to overcome what's coming their way. If they just barely missed the goal like you said they did then that just means they couldn't finish the job, and that is something a winner should.

If they can't pull themselves together then they don't deserve to win. You'd expect a winner to overcome their challenges, right? Otherwise it just means they're weak. That it and the two first goals by the Dutch are the fault of the referee is another talk, but it should not excuse their lack of attacking efficiency.

You say demoralized, I say not very good.
They should not be demoralized to begin with, so that argument doesn't hold any water. is a team wants to be the best they should be moralized, so them not being just shows they're not the best.

They also had something to prove, like with all the controversy before the start of the WC, and the performance against Germany. I expected more from this team, at least some hard work for a goal or something, but there was nothing.
