Tim Hortons is no longer a Canadian company, it's owned by Burger king now, I feel a little empty now.

Actually, it's better to view this "toy" as a weapon.

Over here in Belgium, airshit don't need orange tips. However, to compensate for that, all airsoft guns are to be treated as if they were weapons in the eyes of the law. Free, non-permit acquirable weapons, but weapons nonetheless.

This means concealed carrying with all ammunition out of the mags and no mags in the gun. This system works and everyone, for as far as I'm aware, is handling their airshit rifles responsibly. There even is a nationwide organization that will represent airsoft as whole should there be any legal problems.

I just fear that airsoft will be banned because of leftist libtards (Not exactly what they're called in Belgium, but I'll roll with this naming).

yes but people are always innocent unless proven guilty. Any sane person with a decent amount of judgment, depending on how old the kid is, can presume it's a toy. The cop can point his gun at him for safety cause u never know, and tell him to drop his gun whether it's a toy or not. If the kid isn't a fucking retard he'll drop it or else he'll face the consequences. I just fucking hate stories where cops empty their clips on kids flaunting their toy guns around without asking any questions or thinking logically. So many times their first instinct is to shoot right away

I remember this guy at my school pulled out a 'flickcomb' (like a flick knife I suppose but the comb flicks out instead of a blade) and was playing jokes on people, looking threatening and pretending that he had a knife, and it looks like a knife when the comb is retracted so he'd scare people, but then he'd flick out the comb and lulz would be had. Get the picture? "I've got my hood up, got a flick knife.... AH nope, just a comb"

He ran up to a teacher with it in his hand, and flicked out the comb, but of course the teacher immediately assumes it's a knife and because he's something of a Rugby enthusiast, takes the kids legs away and slams him down. It broke the kids leg. But teacher had to assume it was a knife cos it sure as shit looked like it while it was retracted. Everyone basically vouched for the teacher and said that the kid was being a dumbfuck and deserved everything he got.

I don't think there's a single time in existence where officers just randomly opened fire on a kid with a fake gun.
What has happened, is the cops have pointed their guns at kids with fake guns and told them to put their hands in the air, but instead the kids reached for the fake gun in order to show it was fake, and then got shot

And don't forget, the million fucking times a cop might had said, well, shit it was a toy gun, thank god I didn't shoot him. But well, those situations don't get tv time.. its like people suppose cops need to have a 6th sense and sense when the gun is real or not.

It just happened back in August of last year in the US. Some kid was sitting on a bend with a toy gun in his pockets. The cops rolled up onto the grass, got out of their car, and shot him all in the matter of 3 seconds. There was literally no time to react. A similar case happened in 2013 where cops wounded a guy working on a pellet rifle in his garage. The cops fuck up quite a bit with those.
