Big muscles have never concerned me, but what I'm saying develops practicality for your arts as the more effectivly you can throw an attack, the less likely you are to get winded quickly.
But everything takes time man. In about two years I went from 120 to about 90-92 and recently I've noticed my tricep has "filled" out

I guess my previous statement stands, you develop muscle after they've been worn out and you keep going.
You could try and do harder version of basic things eg: Chinese/diamond pushups, V-Sit-ups, knuckle pushups, etc.

If you're after something a little different, I ended up printing our a few of these and

swimming will definitely help out with that. do you time or measure your runs at all? To get in soccer shape, I try and swim a couple of times a week and then go on 3-4 mile runs, just jogging and light sprinting when i can. I'm no expert by any means, but that seems to do the trick for me.

i do by distance. i can jog a max of about 2 miles before i start getting winded.
but im looking to build large amounts of mass as well because im not at large as i need to me. ive been to a physical trainer and doctor. and my body fat percentage is at 23 percent even though i weigh 250 at 6'1

Not particularly familiar with their moves, but if you can wear yourself down with a squat then pushkick then squat thenpushkick with your other side
10 punches to 1 push-up (Start at 100 Pucnhes - 10 push-ups)
You develop muscle after you've worn them out and continue
Then again this is coming from a traditional Muay thai guy

TKD is a combination of strongly grounded punches and kicks. and judo is a strong base but flexible core.

Water polo and swimming. These two will make you get fit - if you're already fit then you'll get muscular - and then your stamina will skyrocket. I took up water polo and I don't regret it. I am losing fat and gaining muscle

Yoo. A waterpolo bro. Its not common to find people in the same sport as me here.

Which position?
#914 - vvthegreats (05/27/2015) [-]
I can be a goalie and I am pretty strong so I can be center also. But I am mostly just left bottom.

swimming is a GREAT idea. I play soccer (football? sorry) twice a week and also took a swim conditioning class during the last semester. The class was basically self-guided, swim on your own for 30 minute periods, three times a week. My stamina increased so fast and it was almost impossible to get winded, even after 90 minute games.
