Pearl harbor led to the US going to war with Japan, German Uboats attacking US civilian ships led to the US going to war with Germany.

Russia and England would have been defeated eventually if not for the Lend-Lease program the Americans setup.

Lend-Lease sent out crucial material and supplies to keep the war effort strong.

England would have fallen rather early on had they not accidentally discovered radar and made it appear like they had an endless number of planes. Germany actually laid off because every time they sent bombers in to England they were detected on radar and intercepted which significantly reduced their effectiveness.

Russia on the other hand would have held out for a very long time because of the extremely harsh winters which severely hampered the Nazi's ability to invade. The Russians were better trained to deal with such conditions. The last couple years of the war, Germany was pretty much running on empty because they were stretched to thin and fighting more enemies than they could handle.

England didn't make it seem like they had an endless amount of planes. The Germans had very bad intelligence, and ignored anything that didn't match up with their conventional preconceptions. They also assumed fighter control to be rigid and ineffective due to lack of knowledge about the 'Dowding system'
