Well Socrates criticised the youth for reading so much because their brains would get lazier. Ironically books are why his ideas still exist.

Exactly what I always thought. When he takes all that power into his own hands, it just ruins the whole system. I think he hates the system for not being able to kill Joker, but he just cant do it himself

Exactly, but the liver handles over 500+ bodily tasks on it own and can be over worked, bogged down and damaged. I think giving it a pat on the head if you feel like it is fine. Just don't expect dramatic results from it.

I'm sure you're aware that people are referring to over abundance of minerals, by-products and other such things when they say "toxins". Basically something that's not supposed to be there or there in that quantity which the body is unable to remove fast enough or at all due to over work or shit health in general.

Right. But those toxins are removed by the liver and kidneys. I don't think a warm shower is going to help any of that.
