exept laws need to evolve with the times, a law set in the 1600 will have to be changed to fit the 2000s, just cause your government put up some certain laws back then it doesnt mean they dont have to change with time as well, i mean there is literally no reason for the second amendment anymore since if people took up guns against the government it would just all go to hell

I'm not talking about the second amendment. Yes, I do agree that laws should evolve and change. Not all of them, though. Some should stay basic rights. Freedom of assembly and speech are some of our most basic rights. We have no right to privacy. The things that should change, don't.

They're taking away our Constitutional freedoms. They've enacted laws in which they can hold people without evidence. They're invading our privacy. Etc. I have no idea what you're used to or what your laws are. Our country is breaking our laws. The constitution is our set of laws and governing device. They're breaking multiple amendments and passing laws that are unconstitutional.
