The way we have altered their species does at this point mean they they would need us to stay alive. I see no reason why would keep them alive if we aren't going to use them for anything. It would be completely impossible for cows and other livestock to stay alive in the wild now, they're too domesticated, and would simply go extinct.
User avatar #21 - internetexplain (11/09/2014) [-]
Alright, I suppose you don't drink milk then , or consume any milk products , let alone eat meat , or anything that contains gelatin. Apparently you don't wear clothes or use anything that contains wool or silk either. How about medicine? Do you use Medicine? If yes , you should stop , we have animals bred for the purpose of testing Medicine for us.
Oh and don't forget your own body , people are animals too and were designed to fit our needs , you can't use your own body , that would be like drinking the milk of a poor domesticated cow.

was on a jet ski going full speed on the open water.
head was tucked down as it was getting serious.
looked up and there was the anchor rope in front of me.
caught my neck and clotheslined me.
coming very close to being decapitated, it hit me on an angle and slit open my neck instead.
backflipped into the jet ski and cracked my skull from ear to ear with massive force.
with a split open neck and head i kept flying through the air and ended up slapping the water. which at speed is like concrete.
hit my back and was black and blue from the bruising.
Woke up on a spinal board with a paralysed face, half my teeth were knocked loose, broken elbow, shards of my skull lodged in my brain and my head put back together with staples.

I came within 1 second of drowning and lost 2 quarts of blood.
I should be a vegetable, but somehow I still have above average cognitive function.

It has effected me in other ways, but luckily i can still use my brain for academic pursuits.

So when I was recovering, I thought, well I could flood this website with vegan information with the potential of changing someones life.

Turns out 3 people came to me and asked for help with going vegan and I gave them my time.

Considering that I could of just been watching a series, I found it to be a worthwhile use of my time.

That is 3 people who are going to experience higher levels of vitality, decreased risk of disease and not to mention the hundreds of animals year spared by their change in lifestyle.

I am Glycogen.

alright.
Still , we're not artificially maintaining these species.
Species in a symbiotic relationship need each other to live. If you separate them, either one or both of them die.
That's what "being dependent on us" means here. We can exist without them, but our lifestyle requires them , just as much as they require us to even exist.

So you're gonna keep trolling?
Also, why did you choose this name, and not another Trek name?
Did you not want to be known as Trek anymore?
#8 to #7 - auryn (04/02/2012) [-]
I figured I'll just keep a low profile this time and keep the trolling to a minimum.
