How can it be proven otherwise? If they'd had one, they must have reacted to it in any way, at least some how. Humanz were animals at one point, and they didnt concern themselves about stuff like this before, but thay did in the end of the day.

Or are you saying that humans were just ignorant of them? Because if we were just ignorant of souls, then who's to say that other animals aren't?

For the same reason why we arent acting like fukken animals - we have wits about ourselfves (well, some of us do). We dont live solelsy for reproduction and keeping our specie alive, we - the humanz - have evolved past it, we have complicated relations based on emotions and intelectual advancment. We have thought, dreams, wishes, views, fears. That is our sole, that ability to love and hate, to understand and learn, to desire and strive.

In general these sort of questions cannot be answered "right". Its either ypu comply to my point of view or not. It's you'r will to chose.

What is one expected to think? What is truth and fact? How would you determine that? Im consepting on this issue, collecting data and comparing it, not just picking up a default idea. You're just a lazy bastard that cant even stand up to hisown poin of view.

And, that english, tho

Alright then, interesting interpretation of the matter
User avatar #9 - vashadan (05/05/2015) [-]
Something like reincarnation, but the sole isnt something whole, rather than energy.
User avatar #10 - aproudpatriot (05/05/2015) [-]
Fair enough. I was just curious on the matter of animals not having souls because it seems to be a pretty popular notion, and I have no idea why.
User avatar #11 - vashadan (05/05/2015) [-]
Maybe its because they dont act like they have one, dont have rituals about it, or any concern whatsoever.
User avatar #12 - aproudpatriot (05/05/2015) [-]
Again, I don't see how that means that they don't have souls. I don't have too much concern over the fact that I have a phone. I still have one though.
#13 - vashadan (05/05/2015) [-]
You've just concered yourself about having one.
User avatar #14 - aproudpatriot (05/05/2015) [-]
Fair enough. But it still doesn't prove shit about animals. My point is, just because they don't seem to acknowledge anything concerning souls, doesn't entirely mean that they don't have them
User avatar #15 - vashadan (05/05/2015) [-]
How can it be proven otherwise? If they'd had one, they must have reacted to it in any way, at least some how. Humanz were animals at one point, and they didnt concern themselves about stuff like this before, but thay did in the end of the day.

My point - animals dont have souls untill proven otherwise.

There isn't a duck constantly floating behind your head until proven otherwise.

Mirrors m8, check 'em
User avatar #16 - aproudpatriot (05/05/2015) [-]
Well, now we've just gotten to the point that most religious debates end up where one side says "you can't prove that it's there" and the other says "you can't prove that it isn't"
And you say that humans didn't bother with souls at one point, and then they eventually did. What does that mean? Was there a point where humans didn't have souls, and then somehow got them? Or are you saying that humans were just ignorant of them? Because if we were just ignorant of souls, then who's to say that other animals aren't?
User avatar #18 - vashadan (05/05/2015) [-]
Well then, what happened to all the souls of the first humaz? Do they roam about in heaven wearing tiger skin and clubs?

Who the fukk said we even have souls? I didnt see one.
#27 - Common Pepe (18 hours ago) [-]
Ah yes, and now is the part where you try to make everything seem like an irrelevant argument started by the other person, after you have nearly successfully derailed it.

Bravo.
User avatar #41 - vashadan (9 hours ago) [-]
And why is that? I've maid my point, either you like it or no, I dont give a damn. Whant im trying to narrow it down to is that these sort of questions alway get deeper the more we dig into them, and at a certan point we hit something we cant get through.

And, to be honest, at least im not posting as anon, grow a pair, wanker.
User avatar #19 - aproudpatriot (05/05/2015) [-]
I don't know what happened to the souls of the first humans. I don't know if we have souls. All I am saying is that if we, as humans, have souls, then why is it that animals can't have souls as well?
User avatar #20 - vashadan (05/05/2015) [-]
Well if its not proven that we have souls, than we should get back to the drawing board, instead of concerning ourselves about souls of animals.
#28 - Common Pepe (18 hours ago) [-]
"Well thats wierd. Grim Reaper comes for one's soul, and as far as I know, animals dont have any. Well, or at least there should be a Rat Grim Reaper - taking souls of rats idk."

Oops!
User avatar #36 - vashadan (9 hours ago) [-]
Have you seen a Grim Reaper? (clearly you didnt because you're still alive, but im not on that point) Souls are as much of a fairy tail as Grim Reaper - bouth of them are not proven to be existant.

Rly did I just needed to explain that? Gosh.
