So, from your relation, Firefox is Netscape's predecessor?
User avatar
#26 - anorselegend (07/10/2016) [-]
Not just it's predecessor, if I remember correctly, Firefox was developed by people within the Netscape user base, using some of the source code that is found in Netscape. So from what I remember reading, the created a better Netscape.

MS did kind of the same thing with Edge. Underneath it's still a fair amount Internet Explorer, just all nice and shiny and new.

Mercy takes much more vigilance, but as a result her heals to a single target are greater, and her ult is both ridiculously powerful and easy and fast to charge. Plus, damage boosting can be a godsend when used right. She's definitely worth a shot, but she's not everyone's style.

A few tips if you decide to try her out.

1. Keep moving. Strafe everywhere, jump around like a retard, and run inside if it's safe. You're a huge target as a healer, and Mercy's neither fast like Lucio nor the glass cannon Zenyatta is, so your best bet to get out of a rough patch is her shift. Because of this, high mobility heroes, despite not all being the best or targets for healing, are your best friends. Both snipers, Genji, Pharah, and the occasional Tracer are all good for distancing yourself from threats quick, and throwing a damage boost their way as you do so can result in said threat being eliminated right away.
2. If you can heal who you need to heal behind cover, do so. The healing beam reaches pretty damn far once it's latched to someone, so hiding behind a wall, Reinhardt shield, or, if you're desperate, even a payload is often possible. The more you protect yourself, the less your team has to worry about you and the more they'll get done.
3. As much as people like to pretend it's a sin, don't always be afraid to solo revive. If someone important to the team's formation, like a shielding Reinhardt or an especially good Roadhog, bringing them back will often do more good than letting them respawn, run all the way back, and be left with no team and a point with six ravenous Genjis all over it. Seriously, those assholes are like cliffracers if you let them gang up.
4. Those wings aren't just for show. Teams often spread out, so it's a very good idea to find a way to get into the air and glide so you can tend to everyone's health efficiently, especially in places with lots of walls and cover. The best way to do so is to shift onto a Pharah and keep on her until someone else needs help, then break off, assist them and return, but, once again, snipers are also often in high places, so they can get you into the air as well, albeit less effectively. In addition to allowing you a better view of the battlefield, being in the air also makes you much harder to hit for the likes of Junkrat, Reinhardt, and Pharah, so make sure to look for any opportunities to do so.

Also, I forgot to mention, if no one needs heals and you don't see a good target for a damage buff, switch to your pistol and unload on everyone. Charges your ult, does decent damage, and can distract some assholes for your team to finish off.

It was the most widely used browser/first commercially successful through the 90s, till IE stole it's user base once MS released it.
