Well they're not always super bad it varies from person to person so they wouldn't have to use a few days every single month, just save em for emergencies where you feel like dying and cannot work at all.

But hey extra sick days sound fine by me as long as guys get extra days for whatever too, I'm sure nobody would argue, except employers of course haha.

I bought TP twice and the third time I was thinking fuck this guy He was black. so I didn't, one week later there was a roll of that stuff that they put in public bathrooms. He stole that shit. Didn't complain though, TP is TP

i had a roommate who went through TP like none other and then would use napkins when he ran out so i stopped keeping my TP in the bathroom,te also got high 3 times a day in the bathroom that was between our rooms, and rarely cleaned his dishes...i still think you may have had it worse though

I could make a whole post about my experiences but I won't because the chances of them finding a post versus a comment is greater. Lets just say me and them aren't friends after the fact. I think your experience is still shitty, idk how people can be so inconsiderate

My sister tried them and now has super cramps like I occasionally get for the first day... do they run any tests or anything beforehand to check what dosage to give you, or is it always just x amount?

They ask of your family medical history and such and then help you decide what is best (this is at planned parenthood). But i couldnt say that itd be good afterwards since some medication work is trial and error on educated guesses unfortunately

Yea, how come instead we give them birth control for excrutiating pain instead of some bullshit like "my religion frowns upon birth control" really? You mean some dude who worked for the pope woke up one day and decided birth control was bad in gods eyes. Nowhere in your fucking bible does it say thou shalt not use birth control for fun and convenience (or any otherbpairing of words that mean remotely the same thing.

It's a good idea in theory, honestly. It needs a LOT of tweaking though. I'd love to try birth control but I'm scared to, for my mom, who once had her period for almost a month straight once due to a severe hormone imbalance, they were "get pregnant pills" for her(said her doctor). Screwy hormones run in my family and I'm not sure what birth control would do to me, but sweet baby jesus christ on a stick, no bleeding and no cramps sounds like an absolute god send.

I had tried BC pills and now am on the shot version, I love it. I hear pregnancy pills are screwy as fuck. I'd say try it for a month and see how it (birthcontrol) affects you! You can always stop using the medication

It'll obviously be abused though. You can prove you're bleeding, but there's no way to prove pain truly, you can fake it easily enough. "Oh yeah I'm totes in like a load of pain, I can't come in to work" for four days, when in reality they only suffered slight discomfort the first day.
I understand periods can vastly differ between women (hell I knew a girl who never experienced cramps and bled lightly for no more than 3 days, vs me wanting to die my first day and bleeding out for a week), but a policy like this is going to be so insanely abused. Majority of women either experience minor or no cramps, but if they're lazy cuntbags they'll claim to be in excruciating pain just so they can stay on their ass at home for a few days rather than working.

I think it could be good for those who vomit/backdoor vomit and can't be medicated. Its rare but I've had friends go to the hospital from it. I don't find this to be bad but you're right, its easily abused. Its a good thing that is going to be ruined for those who need it.
before medication for me I had 2 week periods and it was hell for the first 3 days so I feel you so hard but thank god for birth control shot, 0 periods 0 cramps, I am so happy

I think it would be better just to give everyone sick days and you could use em for really bad period days.

And guys get sick days too so they'll be happy even if they never use em.

Yeh but women have periods every month and cramps can last for a few days (maybe giving extended sick days for women would be best to compensate instead of straight paid leave).
