Ah, see, if they are looking for motivation on youtube, that just might one of their problems. I've also felt the urge to end it all after reading some youtube comments.
All joking aside, yes you can overcome obstacles. Yes, everybody can. There is always a way. Sometimes it's less apparent, and sometimes it may force you to change the way you think, but until you die, everything can change.
I don't know what is commoncrunch on about. Even if I wished death upon somobeody, I'd still think it would be stupid for them to kill themselves.

Well yeah, fasting will make you lose weight because you're not eating enough. Your body will try to lose fat before muscle, especially if you're working out, but it's converting more of the food you do eat into fat than it would normally. Most people fast, lose weight, and then gorge themselves on the stuff they've been missing out on, usually ending up less healthy than when they started. You may lose weight, but there's a big difference between being lighter and being healthier.
The best way to use up stored fat and is light meals and lots of cardio.
