I can deny it, because it isn't true.
Intel has been caught multiple times in recent years releasing false performance ratings that can be disproved by simple benchmarking.
The bottlenecking issue doesn't occur with any of the high end AMD chips, and is basically more propaganda from Intel fanboys and the company itself. They have a huge interest in maintaining their exclusivity contracts.
It's kind of like the Apple users who never try anything different, and refuse to acknowledge that there are cheaper solutions that do a better job.
Not only have I never had a problem with AMD, I have always had much better performance from AMD processors with similar ratings to Intel chips. Not only that, but every PC I have built for anyone in the past ten years with an AMD is still running. The Intels I have had requested from me are burnt out, including one that was ordered factory standard and I didn't even touch.
They USED TO be great. Now they suck. Even all of the military engineers I know are begging their superiors to lobby for the military to drop their old contract with Intel, as they have had nothing but problems from their components. One of them even told me he even had to turn in more warranty claims than he had received that were actually good parts.
I'm not saying that you have to love what I do. That would be idiotic. However, people need to stop being Intel fanboys, the way Apple counts on their fanboys, and try something for yourself before spouting false statements about performance issues. If you don't like it fine. Just don't BS.

The problem is that every site online that DOES it's own benchmarks confirms that Intel CPU's are better for gaming. The per core performance of the Haswell and Skylakes are just above anything AMD currently has on the market. I'm a huge AMD fanboy and my favorite system I ever owned had and for my little brother still has a Phenom II 965 and an HD Radeon 6870. I can't wait to see what Zen brings to the table. I WANT AMD to be competitive again with the absolute top level Intel CPU's but for gaming at the moment they just aren't. Even the AMD CPU's with similar performance do it on 125W compared to the new skylake's 65W.

I still use AMD, but dishonesty or blind fanaticism gets you nowhere.

I know nothing about what they produce other than their gaming CPU's, so I can't comment on the reliability of their products outside of my own experience. I just have to kind of take people's word on that one

EDIT: know nothing about what INTEL produces outside of gaming CPUs. I keep up with AMD's product lines regularly

Pillars of Eternity is more like a pretty good 98 game in reality baldurs gate basically and it was meant to be like that, not very good but playable

He's responding to OP's description
"i was thinking of downloading F1,F2 and tactics-OP"

so , OP wants to DL F1,F2 and he gave valid reasons why you should download something newer/better.

But what he is saying is still valid. Why bother playing old games when their are better new games of the same genre and same feel that are better.

Eh, well, if he had said Baldur's Gate (1998) instead of Pillars of Eternity he'd still be 100% right.

I'm kiiiiiiiiind of going to side with the anon. Yes, if every country on the planet paid its' debts at the same time, the world economy would crash. Then again, if every country on the planet lowered the price of peanuts at the same time, the world economy would crash. Economic crashes are absurdly easy to cause these days, due to how tightly interconnected the economies of most countries are. However, a single country paying its' deb wouldn't cause all that much commotion. The US owes money to so many countries that if it paid its' debt the money would be split amongst too many people to cause a serious impact.

Yearly interest payments cease, unlocking a large portion of the budget. In 2014, the United States spent 223.45 billion on net interest (6% of the federal budget). To put this into perspective, the U.S spent almost the entire federal budget of Canada (80.1%) purely on paying the banks. Clearing the national debt means all that money no longer has to go to the banks.

in short, the govt. has billions more to spend on other shit

It would also most likely mean you have to pay a premium to visit the sites you want to visit at a normal speed. They could even completely block sites that they don't want people to visit such as a competitor's website. Net neutrality just makes it so that they allow equal bandwidth to all websites.

There may be other implications to this ruling however since the FCC is now regulating the internet but we will complain about them when they arise.
