Doesn't matter. Probably 99% of ISIS members are middle eastern, probably less than 50% are female. If you had a sudden insurgence of, say, black people playing video games, it could be a faster growing demographic than either gender alone.
#37 - akimbobears (03/25/2015) [-]
I don't think so since black men already play video games at very high rates. Also any race besides Latino or White don't make up a very large portion of the population on their own.

We pulled out due to the media's spread of disinformation. The public hated the war, so we left. The press said the tet offensive whiped us out, when in reality VK sustained far more casuals from their siege than us. If we hadn't pulled out, we would just counter-attack after they lost the momentum of their drive.
#175 - avocadomessiah (03/16/2015) [-]
it's called a forfeit
#180 - Rascal (03/16/2015) [-]
Yes, we count that as a loss.
User avatar #178 - thebluedream (03/16/2015) [-]
It was kind of like the British in the Revolutionary war. They could have won the war but had to worry about the French and Spanish. We had to worry about China and Russia, and the govt. also lost public support for the war. So more of a "fuck it" than a forfeit.
User avatar #177 - joberja (03/16/2015) [-]
Still should count as a loss. We lost a lot of troops in Vietnam. More than the actual wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
User avatar #179 - avocadomessiah (03/16/2015) [-]
so did the vietnamese, i think
#193 - skinnyhead (03/16/2015) [-]

it's a bit disingenuous to say "never lost" if you can forfeit to avoid it.

This isn't about confusing word play, referring to the photo of him as him was borderline outright lying to the audience. ie; not a fair riddle. Nobody could guess it, because the riddle wasn't correct.

It doesn't have crafting like monster hunter. Instead of it being "get this fish head and some other shit to make a cool fish head shield" it's "get some metal and some minerals and put it in the foundry to make a weapon".
If you want farm or grind though, that's the place to go.

Failing that, Firefall (blegh) has gathering and crafting.
I haven't played it for a while though, so they've probably changed the crafting system like they do every few months.

other monster hunter games. i don't really see the monster hunter crafting style in other games. most of the time, they boil down to either something really simplified or something that requires farming that is much less satisfying or makes less sense.
User avatar #1181629 - confusedasian (03/07/2015) [-]
Gods Eater. Like the exact same as Monster Hunter the difference being it's more story orientated. I also don't remember if it has a crafting thing. Core gameplay is pretty much the same though.

i have just killed off my fav char for the good of the story.

we are only the first dungeon into this adventure, and i was going to just focus on being DM, but i rolled a really good bard. so i just had him rammed by a spirit when he was about to be posessed by the BBEG demon. But he was thrown to the temporal realm. sent back in time to before the deamon was sealed. and bacically laid the roots for the songs and stories he grew up learning, along with building the cathedral that he gets sent back in time from. the spirit that sends him back in time is in fact himself from the distant past. and now i will have the spirit follow the rest of the group and help them out here and there. ( i may also give them the opportunity to bring the ghost back to life as a damn lvl 30. (3rd edition BTW)
