I don't know but I can tell you they are the best party schools in ontario. Eh mcmaster is more of a family in my opinion smaller but it brings you more together, western is like just one massive orgy that goes on for 2 semesters, and laurier is like a nice mix of both if you want something bigger then small but not too big.If you just want to get a feel for the city and learn about toronto go to ryerson. Its still a decent party school and hell you in the middle of downtown toronto shit always be going down.

McGill student here, although I'm from Montreal I know the tuition fees are lower for international students than in the States. I can't confirm the ib students part though, my high school had an ib program but after we graduated, all my friends and I abandoned the ib path
