Well, I never really had extensions except for Avast. That's whats putting a big floating question mark in my brain. Either way it seems to have stopped now, and I have learned about stuff today, yay!

and doesnt happen in incognito

It seems to be behaving itself now after I scanned. As in I can click next without getting that pop-up page. I'm confused too since if Avast was the one that fixed it it would have told me wouldn't it?

Alright, so I looked and the only extension I have is the one that came with Avast. I then used Avast to scan my browsers add-ons which said everything looks fine. I know I'm not the best with computers but I can't really think of anything else. I do appreciate the help though.
