I been to places were birds arnt afraid of people but fly away if you get to close, even if you can feed then by hand. it would panic in a bedroom

hey every resort is different this may not be it's first "break in"
or he may have zoom on the camera
and if you approach any semi domesticated animal in a non threatening manner they sometimes don't panic

I'd still say its a pet. It would have flown away and they wouldnt have a picture.
