These are all suggestions. Your working on you body, not a cake. Also for Taz, this is for weightloss not extreme bulking. I've easily gone days with about 800 calories. Usually its not on purpose but due to time constraints. My brother did a 500 calorie a day diet and it worked wonders but not long after stopping the diet he got back a lot of the weight.

Under consuming calories is never good. The nutrients in your food are important and you will have a difficult time consuming all of them with a restrictive under calorie diet. Supplements for nutrients aren't nearly as effective as consuming nutrients in your diet. Also under consuming food causes your body to make up for it by holding on to weight more and using less energy.
If you want to lose weight you should eat an appropriate amount of calories + no exercise but actually exercise. That way you are consuming all the necessary nutrients
You are a male adult standing 5' 8" tall with a medium frame. Your ideal body weight according to the Hamwi method is 138 - 169 lbs, centering around 154 lbs if you have a medium frame (Which most people do)
Your total daily energy expenditure will change depending on how much you exercise but your basal metabolic rate wont.
You should just use the total daily energy expenditure for a lower activity factor that way you are still reaching your basal metabolic rate and getting all your nutrients and you fill feel very awake, healthy but you are consuming more calories than you burn.
I.E. you are consuming around 2065 calories but consuming 2600.
This is all assuming you are not obese which becomes a different story and you should actually consume less calories than for your size.
Also realize that most body builders and professional athletes are unhealthy because they weight far to much for their frame size and they have too small body fat percentages. That is why they develop a lot of problems later in life. Having huge overdeveloped muscles does not make you healthy.
TL;DR Lose weight very slowly and with exercise and not extreme restrictive diets because it will make you much healthier. If you want serious nutritional advice consult a registered dietitian and don't just believe what meat heads say online because they usually know nothing about health.

you know how much is 500 calories? well you know the tiny little bread crumbs? about the size of an ant's ass? yea well i believe that's already like 500 or more each.
if you, however, mean 500 000 calories a day, then you can literally drink non-diet coke too

i seriously thought Calorie is the same everywhere (well i knew that calorie is part of the metric system and that's why i thought it's the same) .

Its done that to make it a lot easier for the public. Calorie is a real measure which is a lot less then a kilo-calorie.
Kilo-calorie was renamed in america and where I live Australia (im sure other places aswell) to make it easier on the consumers to work out how much they are eating. It provides a smaller number to work with, easier to add, aswell as being easier to say calorie rather then "i hate 2000 kilo-calories today"
