The way Knights fought in their time would seem completely ridiculous to us because medieval combat is portrayed quite differently in film and media. Half swording was common, where you would rest the blade of the sword in your free hand to guide the sword more accurately and block more effectively.

Medieval combat involving plate armour and long blades was completely ridiculous to look at, which is way media changed it to be more exciting to the eye than it really was.

Mounting complexities of plate armor, and the evolution of it.

Around 11:47, the host uses some sort of press or dropper that had a spear head on it. The spear head barely punctured the acaton, or however it's spelled.

Then at 10:16, an arrow is fire and strikes the plate armor of.. I think a chestplate.. Regardless, it strikes and glances off, breaking the arrow shaft about an inch down the shaft from the point of impact with the plate armor.

Evidently, this is a very debated topic.

The arrow failure does seem to be contradicted by historical events

Yeah I guess, but it would be awesome. No need to make it 100% correct since the holes and all, but a close resemblance.

She should still put her hair up in a bun or something, at least a ponytail. That shit will be a hindrance and be a poor example for her to be setting for those she teaches.
