It's not the fact that they have to touch your junk. It's the fact that they go to extremes and make flying uncomfortable. There are a lot of people who are uncomfortable with having some stranger basically grope them and call it security. Not to mention the machines that you go through nowadays can basically see through your clothes. While some people don't mind it others will take offense and not to mention some security officers will take advantage of their power

batman.wikia.com/wiki/Batman_(BruceWayne) and marvel.wikia.com/Captain_America_(StevenRogers)
Batman: Peak Human Strength: He can break steel chains and cuffs, support a ceiling that weighed over 1000lbs, bent steel metal bars with his hands. Batman even punched a SWAT officer through a brick wall. He utilizes his strength/power so effectively, that a near-meta such as Deathstroke comments that Batman "hits harder than most beings with superhuman strength." During his exercise regimes, Batman regularly bench-presses at least 1000Ibs.
Captain America: Peak Human Strength: Rogers' physical strength is enhanced to the very peak of human potential. As a result, he is as physically strong as a human being can be without being classified as superhuman. Captain America had been seen bench pressing 501 kg (1,200 lbs) which is consistent with his strength level, as benching is easier than military press lifting. He can snap steel handcuffs and chains, and is capable of breaking through wooden walls and steel doors with a single kick.
so yer, they're pretty equal...
but i would still count on Batman winning - even though it does say that CA is an expert martial artist, i would count on Batman being the more experty-expert...

oh, and as for mentally:
Batman: Genius Intellect: (Batman's IQ is possibly well over 200) Batman is a brilliant, virtually peerless, detective, strategist, scientist, tactician, and commander; he is widely regarded as one of the keenest analytical minds on the planet. Given his lack of superpowers, he often uses cunning and planning to outwit his foes, rather than simply "out-fighting" them.
Polymath: He has studied Biology, Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Mythology, Geography, & History. Gained degrees in Criminal Science, Forensics, Computer Science, Chemistry and Engineering by the time he was 21. He has mastered Diverse Environmental Training, Security Systems, and illusion/sleight of hand by the time he was 23. He gained even more degrees in Biology, Physics, Advanced Chemistry, and Technology by the time he was 25. He has learned Forensic, Medical Sciences, Expanded Computer and Engineering Sciences, and Expanded Device Pool use of personal powered armor and system, database creation on underworld crime bosses, rogue's gallery foes and other supers; improved material sciences for body armor and micro-machinery by the time he was 26. Has also learned Advanced New Development in Forensic and Medical Sciences.
(there's more, but i didn't want to put TOO much...)
Captain America: Peak Human Mental Process: His mental performance has been greatly enhanced, allowing his mind to operate in the most efficient and rapid manner possible. One manifestation of this is his tactical genius; the ability to quickly process multiple information streams (e.g., threat assessment) and rapidly respond to changing tactical situations. Rogers also possesses an eidetic memory, meaning that he never forgets anything and has perfect recall. This enables him to remember any military tactic and apply it to any situation.
just found this at the bottom of the CA page "Batman once admitted that Captain America can beat him, although it would take a long time." - i'm calling BS though

I didnt thumb you down, though? Now you just look stupid.
Im no fanboy, but I thought the game was pretty good.
"The gameplay in this game freakin sucked, the AI were utterly terrible people gave it a 10/10 because of cutscenes."
Tell me how this quote says anything but everyone, my opinion is right.
